There are only 5 days left to register for this year’s Southern Alberta Summer Games!  Athlete registration forms must be completed and submitted to Team Lethbridge Headquarters on the third floor of City Hall by June 2nd in order to compete and represent the City of Lethbridge at this year’s Games.

This year’s Southern Alberta Summer Games (SASG) allow athletes to participate in 23 competitive events – from cribbage to photography; archery to beach volleyball; 3 on 3 basketball to cycling; and much more.  This year’s events will take place from July 2nd to 5th in Pincher Creek.  All ages and levels of competition are needed to represent the City of Lethbridge at the Games.

Those interested in representing Team Lethbridge are encouraged to attend upon City Hall sooner than later; “there is always a rush of last-minute registrants!  Avoid this rush and beat the line-up by visiting Team Lethbridge HQ before the deadline,” says Curtis Goodman, Lethbridge’s Regional Director for the SASG.

The registration fee is $20 and enables athletes to participate in up to 3 sports/activities; competitor t-shirts are also available as a keepsake for a nominal $10 fee.  Deadline for registration is June 2nd before 4:30 p.m.  To register for the Games or for more information contact Curtis Goodman at 403-320-3090 or Curtis.Goodman@Lethbridge.ca.
